This is a pack of four Shimano Ultegra Di2 Wire Grommets. These grommets secure the internally routed wires where they enter the frame.

There are two different sizes of grommets: The SM-GM01 are for a 6mm round hole. The SM-GM02 are for a 7x8mm oval hole.
