The Jagwire Housing Damping Foam for Internally Routed Frames is specially designed to eliminate the noise, and each kit comes with enough foam to cover all of the cable hose/housing for one bicycle.

• Unique foam construction prevents cables from rubbing and rattling against other cables and anything else inside of the bike frame
• Slides over 4.0mm – 5.0mm brake and shift housing or hydraulic hose
