The Shimano Deore FH-QC400-HM Rear Disc Hub is a budget friendly workhorse of a rear hub. These hubs feature a stiff and lightweight aluminum hub shell, very easy to adjust and service loose ball bearings, high quality seals, and a proven pawl style freehub engagement that will last a long time over a wide variety of road and trail conditions. The addition of a centerlock disc brake interface means you get all of this goodness with the all-weather braking capabilities of disc brakes.
