The Shimano Deore XT M8210-B Disc Hub combines durability, lightweight, and easy serviceability together in a ruggedly attractive package. A stiff aluminum hub shell features widely spaced flanges that will improve the spoke bracing angle for better ride quality and wheel strength. Inside, the sealed cartridge bearings have an optimized seal design for less rolling resistance and great protection from the elements, and those bearings roll on an axle that has preload adjustability so the rider/mechanic can dial in the bearings for optimal performance. Rear hubs have a Microspline freehub that rapidly engages to provide effortless acceleration and an easier time carrying momentum up hills and/or through technical sections of the trail. Two different spoke count variations and an easily serviceable design round out the features on a high performance hub with a very attractive price; have your cake and eat it too!
