The SRAM CenterLine Rounded Disc Brake Rotor has been designed specifically to produce a smooth and consistent braking over the entire rotation of the braking tract. Careful placement of the cutouts effectively vents off gas generated when braking and keeps the braking surface cooler; the shape of the openings also clears debris from the brake pads for more consistent, powerful, and quiet operation. 2.0mm rotor thickness will fight off brake fade and warped rotors while maintaining the necessary clearance within the caliper for minimal rubbing while the wheel is in motion. Finally, UCI-compliant rounded edges make it safer to handle the wheels and also reduces hang ups as the wheels are installed on the bike.
